Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://rishicoaches.com website (the “Service”) operated by RishiCoaches (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Services

RishiCoaches provides coaching, counseling, career guidance, and mental health support services primarily targeted at teenagers, young adults, and students. All services are offered digitally through virtual sessions, resources, and communication tools unless otherwise specified.

We do not offer medical or psychiatric services. Our services are educational, developmental, and supportive in nature. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.

Accounts

When you create an account or book a service with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in termination of your access to our services.

You are responsible for safeguarding any login credentials provided to you, and for any activities or actions under your credentials.

You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Intellectual Property

All content, resources, courses, sessions, and features available through the Service are and will remain the exclusive property of RishiCoaches and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by RishiCoaches.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Rishi Coaches shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites.

Appointments, Payments, and Refunds

  • Appointment Booking: Services are available by appointment only. You agree to provide accurate information during the booking process.
  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your use of our services, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms that should survive termination will survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from coaching or counseling services.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Coaching and counseling outcomes are dependent on multiple factors, including the client’s commitment, circumstances, and external factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rishi Coaches, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements we might have had.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice at least 15 days prior to the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
