Welcome to RishiCoaches! At this time, we offer online services such as counseling sessions, career guidance, and appointments. However, in the future, we may expand to offer physical products like psychology-related card decks, journals, worksheets, and board games. Below is our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which outlines the current delivery practices and the future expectations regarding physical products.
1. Online Services Delivery (Counseling, Appointments, and Courses)
Currently, all of our services are delivered online via various platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, and other virtual meeting tools). This includes:
- Counseling Sessions
- Career Guidance Appointments
- Workshops, Courses, and Webinars
- Downloadable Resources (Worksheets, E-Books, etc.)
For online services, there is no physical delivery required. Once you book a session, you will receive a confirmation email along with instructions to access the session. Our services are available globally, and you can enjoy them from the comfort of your own location.
2. Future Physical Products (Swag, Psychology Tools, and Resources)
In the future, we may expand our offerings to include physical products such as:
- Psychology-related card decks
- Printed journals and workbooks
- Worksheets
- Board games
- Branded swag items (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, etc.)
Once physical products become available, the following will apply:
Shipping Information
- Domestic Shipping (within India): We will offer standard shipping for all physical products within India. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and product size.
- International Shipping: International shipping may be available for select countries. Additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply based on the destination country.
Processing Time
- Online Orders: All product orders will be processed within 2-5 business days of receiving the order.
- Customization (if applicable): Custom orders (e.g., personalized journals or card decks) may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders: Once shipped, delivery within India typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on the location.
- International Orders: Delivery for international orders may take 7-21 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination country.
Shipping Carriers
We will partner with trusted shipping carriers (e.g., India Post, Delhivery, BlueDart, FedEx, or other reputable couriers) to ensure your order reaches you safely and promptly.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, delivery location, and size/weight of the product. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates and will always be transparent about any additional charges before you complete your order.
4. Order Modifications and Cancellations (Physical Products)
- Order Modifications: If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address or product) after you’ve placed it, please contact us immediately at contact@rishicoaches.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed and shipped.
- Order Cancellations: You may cancel your physical product order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order, as it may already be in the processing stage. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more details.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact@rishicoaches.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will investigate the issue and arrange for either a replacement or refund, as applicable.
6. Returns and Exchanges (Physical Products)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any physical product, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate the return or exchange.

7. Important Notes
- This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical products once they become available. Online services (counseling, appointments, etc.) are not subject to shipping or delivery.
- We reserve the right to update or modify this policy as our offerings expand and evolve.
