1. Appointment Booking and Payment
- All services (coaching sessions, counseling appointments, career guidance consultations) must be booked in advance through our website or via direct communication.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To accommodate this:
- You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without any penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
- In the case of no-shows (missing the appointment without prior notice), no refund will be issued.
3. Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund or Credit: If there are unavoidable circumstances and the cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a partial refund or credit toward a future session may be considered at our sole discretion.
- No Refund: No refund will be issued once a service has been rendered (i.e., the session has taken place).
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Clients can request to reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before may be subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
5. Service Changes and Cancellations by Rishi Coaches
- In rare cases where RishiCoaches needs to reschedule or cancel a session (e.g., unforeseen circumstances, technical issues), you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- An option to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
6. Digital Products, Courses, and Resources
- Purchases of digital downloads, resources, or online courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
